What's new for 2023

The health care claims administrator for New Hampshire employees will be changing from UnitedHealthcare (UHC) to Credence BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) beginning January, 1, 2023.

What is a health care claims administrator and what does it mean to you?

One way we do that is by evaluating and selecting plan administrators at a local market level that meet company requirements, are competitive on cost, provide network access to quality and cost-efficient care, and provide a broad range of services and member tools.

 

Claims Administrator Provider Lookup


To confirm that your current providers are in-network or find a new, in-network provider, access the applicable administrator's online search tool.  Note:  If you find your current in-network provider is not available in your new administrator’s network, Health Coach is available via email, chat, or phone at 1-866-272-6007, Monday – Friday from 9am – 7pm ET to discuss transition of care.
