If Your Doctor or Plan Administrator Has Changed
Present the Provider Letter or Maternity Letter with your insurance card at your first doctor visit. The letters will help your doctors understand how GE Health Benefits work and provide guidance on billing, reimbursements and other administrative issues. Be sure to present the Maternity Letter if you have received maternity care services this year and expect to deliver next year.
